Mr. Fridman began his career in 1986 with emphasis on medical technologies and continued his work with video, network and web designs. It is there where he met Larry Cottrell. His background in business and web programming made him a sought after specialist in windows server technologies, data input interfaces, and data reporting.

Mr. Cottrell together with Mr. Fridman has formed a team of designers, product developers, and web industry experts to provide what RealTimeCode calls Web Engineering.
